Returns

You have the right to return products purchased from Láska by Kerol within 14 days of receiving your order, without providing any reason. To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  2. Ensure the product is in its original, unused, and undamaged condition, with all tags and labels intact.

  3. Carefully package the product to prevent damage during transit.

  4. Include a copy of your order confirmation or packing slip inside the package.

  5. Ship the product to the return address provided by our Customer Service team. You are responsible for return shipping costs.

Refunds

Once we receive your returned product, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. Please note the following conditions:
