Returns & Refunds Policy – Láska by Kerol (UK)

Thank you for shopping with Láska by Kerol. We want you to love your purchase, but if something isn't quite right, we're here to help.
These terms are in line with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 and the Consumer Rights Act 2015 (England & Wales).

1) Returns – Change of Mind (Distance Selling)

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your items, without giving any reason ("cooling-off period").
After notifying us of your cancellation, you have another 14 days to return the items.
We will issue your refund within 14 days of receiving the returned goods (or proof of postage).

We will also refund the standard delivery cost (the cheapest option offered), but not any express or upgraded shipping services.
If the returned item shows signs of use beyond what is necessary to check its condition, we may reduce the refund to reflect the loss in value.

To start a return:
Email us at info@laskabykerol.com with your order number and a clear statement that you wish to cancel your purchase.
We will reply with return instructions and the return address.

Return shipping costs:
Unless the item is faulty, customers are responsible for return postage. We recommend using tracked shipping and careful packaging.

2) Exceptions to the Right of Return

The right to cancel within 14 days does not apply to:

  • Custom-made or personalised items

  • Items sealed for health or hygiene reasons once unsealed

  • Digital downloads or digital products after download has begun (with your consent)

These exceptions are clearly stated on relevant product pages.

3) Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

If an item is faulty, damaged, or not as described, you are protected by the Consumer Rights Act 2015:

  • Within 30 days of receiving your order, you have the right to reject the item and receive a full refund.

  • After 30 days, you may request a repair or replacement. If this isn't possible, you may choose a refund or price reduction.

  • Within the first 6 months, it is presumed the fault existed at the time of delivery (unless proven otherwise).

  • We will cover reasonable return postage for faulty or incorrect items.

Please email info@laskabykerol.com with your order number, photos, and a description of the issue. We'll guide you through the return or replacement process.

4) Cancelling an Order Before Dispatch

If you wish to cancel an order that has not yet been dispatched, please contact us as soon as possible.
If your order has already been shipped, you can still return it after receiving it, following the steps in section 1.

5) Condition of Returned Items

Items returned due to a change of mind must be in original, unused condition, suitable for resale.
You may handle and inspect the product as you would in a physical shop, but further use may reduce your refund.

6) Processing Refunds

Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 14 days of receiving the returned items or proof of return shipment.
We will also refund the standard delivery fee paid with your order (not express upgrades).

7) Legal Information

Your rights under this policy are in addition to, and do not affect, your statutory rights as a consumer under UK law.
If you were not informed of your right to cancel at the time of purchase, the cancellation period may be extended by up to 12 months.
